Las mujeres tambi\u00e9n se enfrentan a dificultades relacionadas con la reclamaci\u00f3n de tierras heredadas, la omisi\u00f3n ilegal en los t\u00edtulos de propiedad, la denegaci\u00f3n de los derechos de tenencia de las viudas y la usurpaci\u00f3n de las tierras de las mujeres. A trav\u00e9s del sistema se denuncian con frecuencia casos de desalojo forzoso e injerencia en los procesos de gesti\u00f3n de la tierra.<\/li>\n<li>Haki Ardhi se desarroll\u00f3 a partir del \u00e9xito de ForestLink. Los usuarios pueden denunciar ilegalidades por SMS y una aplicaci\u00f3n para smartphone. Esto no s\u00f3lo provoca violaciones de los derechos humanos, sino que adem\u00e1s es ineficaz, ya que ignora y aliena a las mismas personas que han modelado y administrado esos paisajes durante
