Our Whistleblowing Policy ensures that anyone, including staff, partners, and stakeholders, can raise concerns about serious misconduct without fear of reprisals.<\/p>\n<p>For more details, please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/RFUK-Whistleblowing-Policy.pdf\">Whistleblowing Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<h3>What can be reported?<\/h3>\n<p>You can report any serious concerns related to wrongdoing, ethical violations, or illegal activities within the organisation, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial misconduct (e.g., bribery, fraud)<\/li>\n<li>Legal non-compliance<\/li>\n<li>Health and safety dangers<\/li>\n<li>Environmental damage<\/li>\n<li>Criminal activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For allegations of sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/about-us\/safeguarding\/\">Safeguarding &#8211; Rainforest Foundation UK<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>How to raise a concern<\/h3>\n<strong>1. Form Submission:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe encourage you to use the <a href=\"#whistleblowing-form\">form provided below<\/a> to raise a complaint:<br \/>\n[link]\n<strong>2. Email:<\/strong><br \/>\nAlternatively, you can email us at: whistleblowing@rainforestuk.org*.\n<strong>3. Phone:<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can also reach us by phone at +44 207 485 0193 (select the safeguarding\/whistleblowing\/complaint option).\n<strong>4. Other options:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf necessary, you can also report your concern:\n<ul>\n<li>To a supervisor or manager if you are a RFUK staff member<\/li>\n<li>To the Chair of the Board at <a href=\"mailto:chair@rainforestuk.org\">chair@rainforestuk.org<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Directly to the Charity Commission: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/report-serious-wrongdoing-at-a-charity-as-a-worker-or-volunteer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Report serious wrongdoing at a charity<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Confidentiality and investigation<\/strong><br \/>\nAll reports are treated confidentially and will be thoroughly investigated.
