Un grupo de ONG congole\u00f1as e internacionales han escrito al Fiscal General de la RDC pidi\u00e9ndole que investigue\u00a0informes sobre tala ilegal generalizada<\/a>que implican hasta a seis antiguos ministros.<\/p>\r\n

El 1 de abril, el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente hizo p\u00fablica por fin una auditor\u00eda sobre la industria maderera del pa\u00eds, realizada por la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Finanzas congole\u00f1a (IGF) y ocultada durante mucho tiempo, en la que se constataba la tala ilegal generalizada en el pa\u00eds. Aunque el gobierno ha suspendido desde entonces doce de las concesiones ilegales enumeradas, esto parece ser s\u00f3lo un\u00a0fracci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0del n\u00famero total.<\/p>\r\n
