La production agricole, et en particulier le cacao destin\u00e9 au march\u00e9 international, est l'un des principaux moteurs de la d\u00e9forestation. Les lois sur la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement qui se profilent en Europe, au Royaume-Uni et aux \u00c9tats-Unis visent \u00e0 \u00e9liminer la d\u00e9forestation de leurs importations de cacao et d'autres produits de base. Le d\u00e9fi pour des pays comme le Ghana est d'exploiter ces lois de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 soutenir \u00e0 la fois leur d\u00e9veloppement et leurs objectifs de protection des for\u00eats.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'extraction mini\u00e8re et l'exploitation foresti\u00e8re jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans la perte et la d\u00e9gradation des for\u00eats. Bien que des progr\u00e8s aient \u00e9t\u00e9 accomplis dans la lutte contre l'exploitation ill\u00e9gale des for\u00eats, celle-ci reste un probl\u00e8me pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant tant sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur que dans les cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement pour l'exportation. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d'exploitation foresti\u00e8re ne respectent souvent pas les obligations de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale qu\u2019ils ont conclues avec les communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es par les concessions foresti\u00e8res, privant ces personnes des terres, des ressources ou des droits qui leur avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 promis.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<div href=\"https:\/\/staging.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/fr\/nos-projets\/lien-avec-la-foret\/\">ForestLink<\/a> syst\u00e8me de surveillance en temps r\u00e9el pour lutter contre la d\u00e9forestation ill\u00e9gale.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Avec notre soutien, les partenaires locaux ont form\u00e9 plus de 75\u202fcommunaut\u00e9s dans huit r\u00e9gions, qui ont envoy\u00e9 des <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forestlink.org\/alerts-map\/\" target=\"_self\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">milliers d'alertes<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\"> sur les activit\u00e9s ill\u00e9gales sur leurs terres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Ces actions ont d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur l'arrestation d\u2019exploitants ill\u00e9gaux de bois, la ren\u00e9gociation de dizaines d'accords de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale (ARS) avec des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d'exploitation foresti\u00e8re au profit des communaut\u00e9s locales, ainsi que la
